01Who it's for
Your sprints keep overflowing, your rituals feel hollow, delivery is unpredictable. You want agility that serves the product, not one more ceremony. Having worked as Scrum Master on cross-functional teams, we put in place what works and drop the rest.
02What we set up
- Setting up Scrum or Kanban tailored to you
- Facilitating rituals, without meeting overload
- Defining the flow and the metrics
- Realistic estimation and planning
- Quality: code review, CI, definition of done
- Building the team's autonomy
03How we work
We start from your context, not a manual: the goal is an autonomous team and a predictable flow, not the blind application of a framework. We train by doing, then we step aside.
04How we work with you
We start with a short team diagnostic. We sit in on a few rituals, look at the backlog and the real flow, and listen to where things get stuck. A 3 to 5 day audit is usually enough to lay out an honest picture and a simple plan.
Then we put in place only the rituals that pay off, at a cadence that suits you. We run them at first to show what works, then we hand over. We track a few flow metrics, such as delivery lead time and sprint predictability, and adjust with you week after week.
05What you get
In the end, agility serves the product, not the other way around. Concretely, you come away with:
- Rituals tailored to your context, stripped of what adds no value
- A clear backlog, prioritized and estimated realistically
- A predictable delivery cadence, with regular demos
- A few flow metrics you actually track, not a dashboard for show
- A more autonomous team, able to hold the pace without us
06When to call us
No need to wait for everything to go off the rails. A few signals worth a first call, which is free:
- Meeting overload sets in: lots of rituals, little effect on the product
- Your releases are unpredictable and sprints keep overflowing
- The team is new to agile, or an inherited Scrum runs on empty
