Agile coaching: Scrum & Kanban

Teams that deliver at a predictable pace, with useful rituals and no ceremony for its own sake: practical agility, not dogma.

01Who it's for

Your sprints keep overflowing, your rituals feel hollow, delivery is unpredictable. You want agility that serves the product, not one more ceremony. Having worked as Scrum Master on cross-functional teams, we put in place what works and drop the rest.

02What we set up

  • Setting up Scrum or Kanban tailored to you
  • Facilitating rituals, without meeting overload
  • Defining the flow and the metrics
  • Realistic estimation and planning
  • Quality: code review, CI, definition of done
  • Building the team's autonomy

03How we work

We start from your context, not a manual: the goal is an autonomous team and a predictable flow, not the blind application of a framework. We train by doing, then we step aside.

04How we work with you

We start with a short team diagnostic. We sit in on a few rituals, look at the backlog and the real flow, and listen to where things get stuck. A 3 to 5 day audit is usually enough to lay out an honest picture and a simple plan.

Then we put in place only the rituals that pay off, at a cadence that suits you. We run them at first to show what works, then we hand over. We track a few flow metrics, such as delivery lead time and sprint predictability, and adjust with you week after week.

05What you get

In the end, agility serves the product, not the other way around. Concretely, you come away with:

  • Rituals tailored to your context, stripped of what adds no value
  • A clear backlog, prioritized and estimated realistically
  • A predictable delivery cadence, with regular demos
  • A few flow metrics you actually track, not a dashboard for show
  • A more autonomous team, able to hold the pace without us

06When to call us

No need to wait for everything to go off the rails. A few signals worth a first call, which is free:

  • Meeting overload sets in: lots of rituals, little effect on the product
  • Your releases are unpredictable and sprints keep overflowing
  • The team is new to agile, or an inherited Scrum runs on empty

Frequently asked questions

Scrum or Kanban, how do we choose?

We pick based on your workflow, not on trends. Scrum fits when you can plan in iterations; Kanban when the flow is continuous and priorities shift often. We look at how you work today and decide together, even if it means mixing the two.

Do you train the team or run it for them?

Both, in that order. At first we take on the Scrum Master role and run the rituals to show what works. Then we train by doing and hand over: the goal is an autonomous team, not a dependency on us.

How long does an engagement last?

It depends on your starting point. The format can be one-off, just long enough to set a cadence, or recurring over a few months to anchor the habits. We set the duration on the first call, based on your context and the autonomy you're aiming for.

We're new to agile, is this for us?

Yes, it's even a good moment. We don't roll out a manual: we start from your context and put in only the practices that help, without meeting overload. A less mature team often moves faster, because there are no bad habits to undo.

How are improvements measured?

We define a few flow metrics together, for instance delivery lead time and sprint predictability. The real signal stays concrete: delivery becomes more regular and the rituals finally serve a purpose. No dashboard just for show.
