Data collected
Through the contact form, we only collect the information you send us:
- name;
- company (optional);
- business email;
- type of need and approximate budget (optional);
- content of your message.
No sensitive data is requested. No profiling or resale of data is carried out.
Purpose & legal basis
These data are used for the sole purpose of handling your request (reply, quote, pre-contractual exchange). The legal basis is your consent (form checkbox) and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Processor & transfer
Sending the form is technically handled by Web3Forms, which forwards your message by email to Neodev. As such, your data passes through this service. No other transmission to third parties is carried out.
Third-party services & cookies
This site uses no advertising cookie or tracker. It only stores your language preference in the browser's local storage (localStorage). Some resources are loaded from third-party services that may collect technical data (IP address):
- Google Fonts (web fonts);
- flagcdn.com (language selector flags);
- Calendly (booking, on click);
- Web3Forms (form processing).
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for our business relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
